KSReds Recap: Reds manage to salvage one game in series against Cubs

The Reds were able to steal some positivity from this weekend with a 5-1 victory in the series finale in Chicago. Tyler Mahle had one of his finer performances in the matinee, throwing five innings of one-hit, shutout ball. Nick Castellanos continues his red-hot performance at the plate and the Reds move to 23-28 on the year.
