Weekly rankings notes: Two new 4-stars, numerous 3-star updates

A pair of new four-star prospects -- one in the 2022 class and one in the 2023 class -- headline this week's 247Sports rankings notes. As referenced last week, while the weekly rankings window concentrates on three-star movement, we do have the ability to evaluate a player as a four-star with a 90 grade outside of his class' Top247 rankings.
