Cleveland Indians shortstop Amed Rosario (hand) has been scratched from the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Matt Boyd and the Detroit Tigers. Rosario is dealing with a right hand contusion. Yu Chang will now start at shortstop for Thursday's matinee and bat sixth. Owen Miller will hit second after initially being lined up sixth.
