(ABC 6 News) - Mayo Clinic has been adapting to the new world we live in, providing virtual guidance for baseball players during the pandemic. Its baseball and softball program isn't the same as other throwing programs, which generally focus on improving velocity. Mayo Clinic aims to increase performance, but the main goal is honing mechanics and form to prevent injuries down the line.
