(Laurence Griffiths/Getty Images) The Tokyo Olympics are in full swing as Team USA sits atop the medal leaderboard ahead of China, Russian Olympics Committee, Japan and Italy. The women of Team USA have provided the majority of the medals, and roughly half of all medals have come from swimming events. Some medals have come from the familiar faces of Katie Ledecky, Caeleb Dressel and Lilly King. And some have come from first-time athletes making a name for themselves, like the 17-year-old Alaskan swimmer Lydia Jacoby, who beat King to win gold, and 18-year-old Anastasija Zolotic, who brought home Team USA's first-ever gold in women's taekwondo.
