Day 1-2 Michael Carter, North Carolina. Scouting report: Carter finished his career with back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, showcasing himself as a mature, all-around back in Chapel Hill. The biggest knock on Carter is his size, but otherwise he's proven himself between the tackles, as a pass-catcher and in blitz pickup. He generated 23 plays of 20 yards or more last season, despite sharing the backfield with another projected Day 2 pick, Javonte Williams.
