A plurality of those surveyed in West Virginia and Arizona, the home states of Sens. Joe Manchin (D) and Kyrsten Sinema (D), respectively, want Congress to hold off on new spending in its multi-trillion dollar reconciliation package because of concerns over higher taxes, interest rates and inflation, according to a pair of new polls.
