President Biden calls Philly sports fans 'informed' and 'obnoxious' while out for lunch in D.C.

President Biden was chatting with some of the restaurant workers and found out they were from Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood. They discussed the area before the president told them what he thought about Philly fans.
