Istanbul Open: Elise Mertens misses no beat en route to semi-final

The only two seeds left in the Istanbul Open draw have set up a semi-final clash against each other. Top-seed Elise Mertens and third seed Veronika Kudermetova will take on each other in the penultimate round on Saturday. The Belgian defeated Katerina Siniakova in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 in an hour and 35 minutes.
