IAC CEO on company outlook, planned Vimeo spin-off

IAC's Vimeo helped the company beat earnings estimates amid continued demand for video software during the pandemic. Vimeo, which is expected to spin off from the company later this month, is just one of IAC's many online brands and services. IAC CEO Joey Levin joined "Squawk Box" on Friday to discuss the company's outlook.
