Here's a scary statistic provided by McKinsey & Company - Up to 800 million global workers could be replaced with robots by 2030. According to an article on newrepublic.com, 2017 was when robots truly branched out and began taking over jobs originally performed by humans. It was also the year that 'robot anxiety' became real.
