Profile & Software : Software acquires Euronext Centevo, a leading financial software company in the Nordics

Athens, 22 March 2021: Profile Software, the leading financial solutions provider, announced today the acquisition of Euronext Centevo, a specialised provider of Asset and Fund Management solutions. Profile has reached to an agreement with Euronext Nordics Holdings AS to acquire 100% of Euronext Centevo, as a result of Euronext's decision to divest from a non-core activity. The agreement was signed in Stockholm, Sweden on 19/3/2021.
