Owner of Weblin House, one of Virginia Beach's oldest structures, seeking approval to develop property as co-op

A house and property predating the American Revolution are at the center of a disputed development that will come before Virginia Beach City Council at an upcoming meeting. Privately owned, the Weblin House is one of Virginia Beach's oldest structures, restricted with an easement held by the Virginia Board of Historic Resources to preserve it in perpetuity.
