Exercise is good for you. But exercising outside right now – in this nasty air – is not. And yet, I keep seeing people – through the haze – jogging and cycling. Health experts say you should not be exercising outside right now, even with a mask. “Any benefits you’re going to get from exercise are going to be offset by the damage caused by inhaling all of those particulate particles,” said Dr. John Swartzberg, head of the editorial board at the UC Berkeley Wellness Letter.
