'Women belong in sports': In new Broncos front-office role, Kelly Kleine hopes to inspire the next generation

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Kelly Kleine has broken a barrier. In her new role as the Broncos' Executive Director of Football Operations/Special Advisor to the General Manager, she'll play a pivotal role in the Broncos' front office — and according to the NFL, Kleine has become the highest-ranking female in scouting in the history of the league.
