Are Liverpool and Barcelona really trying to sign Leicester star?

If reports are to be believed, footballing superpowers Liverpool and Barcelona will do battle to sign Leicester City star Youri Tielemans in the summer. On Friday, Tielemans was named Leicester City Football Club's Player of the Season – which is voted for by supporters of the Foxes, the Blue Army – along with winning the great accolade of Players' Player of the Season.
