Sergio Ramos set to leave Real Madrid

Sergio Ramos' time at Real Madrid has come to an end as the center-back and club captain is set to leave the Spanish giants. The club sent out an official release stating that a press conference will be held on Thursday where they will hold a tribute and act of farewell for Ramos. President Florentino Perez will also be in attendance.
