Infrastructure negotiations drag on as Biden plans to go to the Hill

President Joe Biden is heading to Capitol Hill on Friday afternoon as congressional Democratic leaders scramble to secure a last-minute deal on a major economic package and find a way to resolve divisions between moderates and progressives that have put passage of the package and a separate bipartisan infrastructure bill in jeopardy.
