BORSA ITALIANA - STAR segment. Collegno (TO), May 10, 2021 - Prima Industrie S.p.A. announces the start of the buy-back program, in execution of the authorization of the Shareholders' Meeting of April 20, 2021. The company may purchase up to a maximum of 150,000 ordinary shares or for a maximum purchase value of 5 million euros.
