April 16, 2021 - Northern Graphite Corporation (NGC:TSX-V,NGPHF:OTCQB) (the "Company" or "Northern") announces that the Board of Directors has approved a grant of stock options to directors and officers to purchase a total of 2,800,000 shares of the Company at a price of $0.50 per share for a period of five years. The option grant is essentially to replace 2,200,000 stock options exercisable at a price of $0.50 per share which expire on April 27, 2021.
