Mets Option José Peraza, Recall Lefty Daniel Zamora

The Mets announced on Friday that they've optioned infielder José Peraza to the Alternate Site and recalled left-handed reliever Daniel Zamora. Peraza has been on the active roster twice this season, but has not played in a game to this point. The 27-year-old (today is his birthday) signed a minor league deal with the Mets this offseason.
