Ireland's High Court last week dismissed a challenge from Facebook over a regulatory inquiry that could lead to a ban on its EU-U.S. data transfers. The High Court will hold a short hearing Thursday where it is expected to lift a freeze on the Irish Data Protection Commission's Facebook probe.
