Michigan students sue to enact safety changes following a fatal high school mass shooting last year

A group of Michigan high school students have filed a federal lawsuit claiming that their school district and several of its officials failed to heed "constitutional obligations to safeguard the safety of students," leading up to a fatal mass shooting last year at Oxford High School that killed four students and has the alleged shooter and his parents facing charges.
