Brandon Lowe batting second Thursday for Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe will bat second in Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Chris Bassitt and the Oakland Athletics. Lowe is back in the lineup after being held out on Thursday. Mike Brosseau will move to first base in place of Yoshi Tsutsugo. The Rays placed Tsutsugo on the COVID-19 injured list following Wednesday's game.
