Among the three basic type of meal we eat in a day, the most important of all is breakfast.it is your breakfast that supplies the energy you need for the rest of the days activities.Breakfast is very very crucial because your body cells and system need energy to keep running as you go about your business.The energy derived from your breakfast food that contains carbohydrates and fats keeps your brain active.Most times when you are working with empty stomach, you are actually making the body undergo gluconeogenesis - a process that involves the production of energy and glucose from non carbohydrate sources like fats or the body, muscles etc.This is why when you don-t eat for long, you can grow slim and thin.
