Watkins Glen rower Olivia Coffey embraces Olympic opportunity after past disappointment

Olympic competition was long a moving target for Watkins Glen native Olivia Coffey. Coming off a gold medal in the women's four at the 2015 World Championships, there was every expectation she would row in the 2016 Rio Olympics. She ended up an alternate, or as she describes it, "a spare."
