Rieber: Hicks is emotionally hurting too much to play

Aaron Hicks went to his manager, Aaron Boone, and said he didn’t want to play centerfield for the New York Yankees on Monday night. Hicks, Boone explained, was "hurting in a huge way" over the killing of a Black man by a police officer during a traffic stop in a Minneapolis suburb on Sunday.
