New 2D Metroid Game Possibly Being Announced Soon

This week has been one for all sorts of Nintendo Switch rumors, and they've been growing more and more curious with each and every post from the insider known as "Zippo". Because so far he's given updates on Mario Kart, Fire Emblem, Breath of the Wild 2, Donkey Kong and teased more. And now, he's updated his blog to allude to the fact that a 2D Metroid game might be coming to the Switch very soon.
