Fan zone low-risk but linked issues like more travel may be problematic – expert

Glasgow's Euro 2020 fan zone is a "pretty low-risk" event, but what comes with it may cause problems, an expert has warned. Professor Linda Bauld, chair of public health at Edinburgh University, said the event itself, which will see up to 6,000 people gather daily outdoors in Glasgow Green for the duration of the tournament, represents very little risk from Covid-19.
