Richard Sherman was granted his release from jail without bail by a judge Thursday afternoon after he was arrested early Wednesday morning in Seattle. The NFL and former Seattle Seahawks' cornerback was ordered to be released by King County District Court Judge Fa'amomoi Masaniai. However, Masaniai found probable cause that Sherman committed four misdemeanor crimes: Misdemeanor criminal trespassing (second degree), malicious mischief (third degree), driving under the influence and resisting arrest (misdemeanors). He was initially booked on a felony residential burglary.
