Man who allegedly shot and killed Goldman Sachs employee on NYC subway indicted on a charge of murder

The alleged armed gunman who shot and killed a Goldman Sachs employee while riding the subway in May has been indicted on a second-degree murder charge and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, according to a Wednesday statement from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
