Nigerian officials fear 3rd wave

The Nigerian city of Lagos is Africa's most populous city. The metropolis is slowly recovering from a second coronavirus wave. DW's Flourish Chukwurah reports that numbers may soon go back up, as the country is far from securing any COVID-19 vaccine.
