Kyle Lowry to rest Tuesday for Raptors against Hawks

Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry is out for Tuesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks due to rest. Lowry will sit out the front leg of the Raptors' back-to-back and presumably return Wednesday. Malachi Flynn will likely take over as Toronto's starting point guard and DeAndre' Bembry also stands to benefit from Lowry's absence. Fred VanVleet (hip) remains out.
