2021 MLB Home Run Derby results: Pete Alonso defends crown vs. Trey Mancini; Ohtani ousted in first round

Mets slugger Pete Alonso won his second consecutive MLB Home Run Derby on Monday night, defeating Trey Mancini of the Orioles in the 2021 finals at Coors Field. Alonso crushed 35 homers in the first round and hit 23 in the final round to vanquish Mancini and defend the 2019 title he won in Cleveland.
