Domantas Sabonis (back) ruled out for Pacers Monday versus Spurs

Indiana Pacers power forward Domantas Sabonis (lower back) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the San Antonio Spurs. The Pacers will be without Sabonis and Myles Turner (toe) in the frontcourt but Doug McDermott (ankle) will be available to return. Goga Bitadze should see a larger role Monday to make up for the absences of Sabonis and Turner. JaKarr Sampson could also benefit.
