Zoom is about to tear down the language barrier

Video conferencing company Zoom has revealed it is set to acquire live translation startup Kites GmbH for an undisclosed fee. The company will help develop machine translation (MT) solutions that allow Zoom users to communicate in real-time with colleagues and partners from around the world, irrespective of the languages they speak.
