Rich Rodriguez explains why he joined Terry Bowden's staff at ULM

Former West Virginia, Michigan and Arizona head coach Rich Rodriguez has been hired as the offensive coordinator at Louisiana-Monroe under head coach Terry Bowden, the school announced on Tuesday afternoon. In addition to the hiring of Rodriguez as the offensive coordinator, his son, Rhett Rodriguez, will be transferring to the school as a quarterback after leaving Arizona and entering the transfer portal on December 23.
