Pistons' Blake Griffin (rest) active and starting on Friday

Detroit Pistons forward/center Blake Griffin will start on Friday night in the team's game against the Boston Celtics. Griffin hasn't played in both games of a back-to-back set all season long to this point, as the team is carefully managing the workload of the veteran big. That's changing here on Friday. Griffin will indeed be out there on the second night of a back-to-back, starting down low against the C's.
