Ladies Open Lausanne: Tamara Zidansek claims maiden career title

Tamara Zidansek's wait for her first title ended on Sunday as she won the Ladies Open Lausanne. The Slovenian defeated Clara Burel 4-6, 7-6(5), 6-1 in the final, coming from a set and a break down in the process. Burel led by a double break in the opening set but was broken while she was serving for the set the first time.
