Asus MeMo Pad 8 (K00L) CUSTOM ROM

I would like to use this device as a Home Assistant Dashboard (HADashboard). Unfortunately, the device currently runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Hence, I unable to install the Fully Kiosk Browser nor the official Home Assistant application.
