Passport hires former Disney exec as CFO as tech firm approaches 'tipping point' - NewsBreak

Passport has named a new chief financial officer, effective last week. Vanna Krantz will remotely oversee Passport's financial performance, including strategy planning and reporting. She replaces Hunter Louis, who joined the company in 2017 but is looking to pursue earlier-stage businesses. Prior to Passport, Krantz was CFO at streaming platform MasterClass. She held a similar role at Disney Streaming Services, also helping to launch and scale Disney+ and ESPN+.
