Tesla was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in California Central District Court. The suit, which asserts two patents related to touchscreen technology, was brought by Devlin Law Firm on behalf of Onscreen Dynamics LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
