Los Angeles’ Jessica Alba-owned Honest Co. files US IPO, seeks above $2bn valuation

Honest Co., the Playa Vista, California-headquartered consumers goods company founded by Hollywood Celeb Jessica Alba, had filed for a US IPO (Initial Public Offerings) late on Friday, becoming the latest to jump on the bandwagon of a high-flying US money market following a strong 2020, largely boosted up by a pandemic-led demand-surge for products likes of diapers, lotions and sanitizers.
