ACCD: SBA applications for PPP, essential commuter travel loosened

From now through March 10th, the US Small Business Administration (SBA) is accepting applications for relief through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) exclusively for businesses with fewer than 20 employees to ensure equitable access to the program.
