NCAA President Mark Emmert ready to consider major changes in college sports, per reports

NIL is already making Mark Emmert reconsider the future. According to multiple reports published on Thursday night, NCAA President Mark Emmert told of a small pool of reporters that the "time is right to consider a decentralized and deregulated version of college sports, shifting power to conferences and campuses and reconsidering how schools are aligned." The proposal included minimizing the amount of control placed upon student-athletes along with the overall powers of the NCAA.
