US beginning to impose CAATSA sanctions on Turkey over Russian S-400s

The State Department has announced that the US will implement sanctions on a key Turkish institution and four top officials in Turkey for “a significant transaction with the Government of the Russian Federation,” the Sputnik International news website reported on Monday.
