Voyager victim calls for trustee to seize control of the estate

Voyager creditor and finance lawyer Michelle DiVita has motioned for a chapter 11 trustee to be appointed in Voyager Digital’s bankruptcy trial, claiming that it had underreported loans to 3AC and heavily undervalued Bitcoin in its financial reports.
