Rescue workers at Surfside building collapse find bodies of two children

Rescue and search crews found the bodies of a 10-year-old child and a 4-year-old child, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said at a Wednesday afternoon news conference. That brings the death toll from the Surfside building collapse to 18 people.
