California's Google sued by 37 US States over Play Store's ultra-high commission

Late on Wednesday, 37 US States led by bipartisan lawmakers alongside District Attorney Generals, had sued the Mountain View, California-headquartered world's No 1 internet services provider and ad-tech giant Google LLC., alleging that the Alphabet Inc-owned advertising behemoth had breached a number of anti-trust regulations while running its app store for Android phones.
