Vols legacy, Top247 RB named MaxPreps' Tennessee player of the year

One of Tennessee's highly ranked, in-state targets was honored Thursday as the state's top high school football player. Four-star Class of 2022 running back Dallan Hayden of Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, Tenn., has been named MaxPreps' Tennessee High School Football Player of the Year coming off an impressive junior season during which he rushed for more than 2,000 yards.
